About the role

We’re looking for a curious and proactive Motion Designer based in our Barcelona office, skilled in both 2D and 3D animation. You understand how motion can elevate digital experiences, infusing personality, mood, and delight into every project. Your strong aesthetic and design sensibility, paired with an interest in interactive technologies, will help bring compelling digital narratives to life.

Qualifications

You have proven experience as a motion designer, proficient across diverse animation tools and techniques, spanning 2D and 3D. You're passionate about design and aesthetics, and driven by curiosity about new interactive technologies. An experimental mindset, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for innovation are essential for thriving in our collaborative, creative environment.

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in motion design.

  • Proficient in industry-standard animation and design software (e.g., After Effects, Blender/Cinema 4D).

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.

  • Experience collaborating closely with designers, developers, and project teams.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
